Guest shall directly make all bookings to the Sales & Reservation Department of the respective Hotel. An official reservation/booking request must be sent and be confirmed by the Hotel. Even if a verbal reservation has been made, an official Booking Order must be sent to the Hotel on all occasions in the form of a confirmed reservation order indicating exact payment instructions. 
 

Cancellation charges in low season
Cancellation made less than 07 (seven) days before arrival date are chargeable at 50% of total bill 
Cancellation made less than 03 (three) days or less before arrival date are chargeable at 100% of total bill 
 

Cancellation charges in high season 
Cancellation made less than 14 (fourteen) days before arrival date are chargeable at 50% of total bill 
Cancellation made less than 07 (seven) days before arrival date are chargeable at 100% of total bill
